They pushed the veto ceremony to Tuesday night. There is no way CBS could say he is AP and not have us decide if he is going to use the veto or not.

They would have to move it to Wednesday if that were true, actually. They have to tally the votes and then give him the assignment. The soonest they could respond to our votes and give Eric his veto assignment is Wednesday, but it doesn't sound like that's when the assignment will be given.

Then why bother to move it to Tuesday. I have a feeling Showtime will have a live veto ceremony. The polls close midnight EST and that is when the Showtime show starts. So it gives them plenty of time to get the votes and give him his instructions. This is the modern age and you know the results as they are coming in. You don't have someone counting the texts.

What BB usually does with the America's Choice is give him the assignment the following day after the poll is taken since giving him the assignment after midnight is kind of too late or whatever.

The veto ceremony was today but we won't see it until Tuesday. The ceremonies are always held a day or two ahead of when you see them on the show. That's why it's helpful to have the feeds. You get to know what's happened way ahead of time.
