Okay, here is my idea...Jericho will not come back untill someone will break the code, all the numbers that refer to dates that a raw or a PPV airs on is when he will come back (just like OCT7, X29, Launch_19), IF someone "breaks" this thing and figures out by the 19th then he will come back then. If not, after the 19th, another number (date) will be in the next promo.

That scene's in both at different moments, and it's extremely noticable in his 2001 video with the blue "webbing" in the beginning of it. Check em out.
