sorry but Bob Gill of Florida has the ramp to ground record at 252 feet.

From Bob Gills homepage: his longest jump was 200ft over the Appalachia Lake, and this jump put him in the wheel chair.

Actually, Gill did 253 in Minneapolis. He doesn't count the jump because a minute later, he hit an oil slick left from a funny car (it was one in the morning, and the oil couldn't be seen); HOWEVER I have a video tape of the jump,

 Hw stick the landing and passes camera, rides for a while without dumping the bike. The tape goes on and there is no fall.
