  • liz, LOVE your videos as always. i am doing pretty well with lfrv but for some reason i cannot get away from commercial salad dressings like ranch or thousand island. i have tried fresh orange juice over my salad but it just doesn't do it for me. what can you suggest?

  • @didrock17 Thanks for your sweet words and support! If you back at my recent videos... I recently made a dressing recipe that I LOVE! It´s made with oranges, dates, fresh ginger & lemon juice! YUM! xx

  • You make fruits & veggies so fun, and creative. Everything you showed looks delicious! Thanks for posting this!

  • How do you spiralize your veggies?!? Yummy

  • Everything looks so yummy!

  • how could you have given up chocolate?!?! btw i cant get my banana ice cream thick enough

  • Hi, does anyone in the UK have a 80/10/10 book in good condition, they would like to sell at a reasonable price? I have asked Liz's permission to ask in her comments , so dont worry. Please send a private message to my inbox, or comment on my page. Peace x

  • banana ice cream is so delish. I swear(:

All you do is take a banana, freeze it, then put it in the blender. You can add a couple tablespoons of milk and some icecubes if you like! Either way, it's bomb and so healthy!

  • oh my gosh just watching this made me hungry!

  • I love these videos! Everything looks so tasty. I tried the banana icecream out a couple of times and it tastes great. Seems like a foolproof dessert since no matter what I mix with the bananas whether it's berries or lemon juice, it always tastes delicious.

  • @blackbear52able I agree! LOVE my nana icecream!! (:

  • I too love papaya!!!

  • Where do you get protein from?

  • @tinafromohio She eats almost 3000 kcalories a day so even though fruits don't contain that much protein, the little amounts adds up. Also, she eats a little nuts/seeds now and then.

  • Hi Liz...just lately i tried the banana icecream recipe but used blueberries instead of strawberries!!...soo yummy..& today i bought cinamomon...so i'm going to try this with the banana & i can't wait to get my hands on some fresh mint leaves. Thanks so much for recipes. Ever try green juices..like with spinach and fruit added?? I found this 'kimberly Synder' nutritionalist on here & she was all into those. Not sure if she's a raw vegan however! :)

  • You've been eating SPECTACULAR, healthful food! Feels GREAT, doesn't it!?! Thanks for the raw vegan videos!

  • Hi Liz. I am tip-toeing around the idea of Raw vegan. 8 weeks ago I started cleaning up my diet, and love your channel so glad I found it. Please forgive me when I do not know something...but how did you spiralize your veggies, they look so appealing...could you demo that?

  • i would love to try your diet, but if i eat too many fruits and veggies, im afraid i will have diarrhea?

  • YUMMYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

  • OMG just too good LOL yeah do recipe vids on the banana smoothie w/ mint *drooling*

  • Liz- I want to thank you for all your wonderful videos; I look forward to new ones. I'm on the same journey- raw vegan. It's wonderful but often times a bit isolating. So, great to hear updates. With that said, thought I'd share some tips- I recently purchased a VitaMix and it's made my life soooo much easier. Worth the cost for sure. I also add a little bee pollen to my morning smoothies - definitely enriching. Thanks again. By the way, I'm also reading the China Study....a must read for all!!

  • @elizabethjeann1 Hi there! Thanks for your sweet words and support! So happy to hear about your great journey! Have you joined any raw vegan forums? Any raw vegan meetup groups? I would recommend both of these if you feel isolated! 30bananas a day . com has helped me SO much b/c it´s hard to find other raw vegans where I live in Spain. xx

  • @elizabethjeann1 is bee pollen vegan? i never heard of anyone eating that. i'm intrigued cuz i'm raw vegan too...

  • Fanastic inspiration! Thank you! :D

  • Gorgeous, looks amazing. Can you tell me how did you make the veggies into the spirals?

  • Suddenly very hungry... Everything looks so good!

  • I think you need more cereals, too much fruits,,....

  • @LindMrs Cereals? What's in cereals that I can't get from fruit or vegetables?

  • Hi liz! please do a video on how to make the banana cinnamon ice cream! I would love to know how! I love all your recipe videos. Thank you for making them. Love form California.

  • i think you should consider eating more veggies than fruits, your diet has too much sugar in it

  • @dorinioanaalexandra That couldn't be further from the truth!! Too much sugar... lol!!!

  • @dorinioanaalexandra Fruit sugar is no where near the same as sugar in chocolate bars, ext. Liz seems really happy and energetic with her diet, I think people need to lay off and stop giving health "advice" to her when its obvious that she is doing fine now... thriving in fact. If in the future she decides not to continue eating this way because of possible (?) health reasons I am sure she will re-adjust her diet, but for now she obviously doesn't need to.

    Looks yummy liz! :)

  • @HealthEuphoria Thanks for your support! Fruit is the #1 best food for humans and vegetables are the second. You can get everything you need from raw fruit & vegetables! (: xx

  • @LizYArtur That's so good to know because I was a bit concerned that I would get too much sugar even from fruits but now I feel better knowing that it is not too much.We learn something every day...Isn't it amazing that we can actually get everything that we need (nutrition wise) from raw fruits and vegies...? !! :)))

  • @HealthEuphoria when you expose your life on the internet you must expect people having different opinions and give you advices the same as she does for us. For example in the last video she asked us to advice her what dress she should pick for an event. Also comments that don't agree with certain things (i'm sure there are many that have the same opinion as me, including doctors) are good for viewers that are too young or don't have enough info so this way they see different opinions.

  • @dorinioanaalexandra Fair enough. But I think the difference is the last time she ASKED for help, and in this video she clearly is not. I am all up for putting your opinion out there, but please provide some scientific evidence before you say things that are not true.People say things that just follow what the mainstream society tells them (There is not enough protein in her diet, she will become diabetic, ext). Rather than making these remarks do research first and you will see it is not true.

  • @dorinioanaalexandra That's true. I expose myself to the world with every new video I post. I've been posting videos for about two years now and I expect people to have different opinions but there is a difference between a fact and opinion. Suggesting that I should eat more vegetables is your opinion. It's not based on any nutrtional facts. I've listed the facts about fruit and vegetables in a response comment to you above.

  • @HealthEuphoria Just because fruit sugar is a different sort of sugar from glucose, doesn't mean it cannot do it's own harm in the blood in such large quantities. When glucose is absorbed, insulin is released to transport it into the liver, muscle etc. Fructose, though not sensitive to insulin, still needs to be absorbed by the liver asap for storage or use. That being said, fruit is obviously a million times better than a chocolate bar because nutrients, water, and fiber accompany the sugar.

  • @blackbear52able Fruit and the sugar in it will NOT do any harm to your body!!!

  • @LizYArtur I'm not saying fruit or it's sugar will harm the body. Sugar is the best energy to burn! I'm just saying fructose in large quantities might have some negative effects or not. You can't be sure since most studies on high fructose diets are done on people who eat a typical western diet. For all I know the fiber might slow down the absorption of sugar enough so it's not too tough on the body or not.

  • @LizYArtur continuing previous post. But high fructose diets have been shown to have decreased triglyceride clearance from the blood. People who exercise have normal fasting triglycerides unlike those who don't, but non fasting triglyceride levels can be high. It is possible this results in some negative effects. That being said, in the whole spectrum of things to worry about in a diet , a high fructose in lfrv, exercising individual is at the waaaaaaaaaaaaaay bottom of the list.

  • @dorinioanaalexandra Every cell in our bodies run on glucose. Fruit is full of simple sugar ie... your body doesn´t have to do anything to break down the sugar... it´s already in it´s perfect form. It´s important to get the bulk of your calories from fruit because they contain more calories. If you try to live off mostly vegetables, you will not be able to eat enough calories to sustain yourself. That´s why people who try not to eat much fruit end up eating a TON of fat.

  • @dorinioanaalexandra Too much fat is unhealthy regardless of the source... plants or animals. The fat you eat is the fat you wear!

  • Looks delicious!

  • I am actually in love with the mint chip smoothie most delicious drink ever! xx
