Miss Fashion Don't was protesting the elephants, the circus, childhood...They staged "dead" baby elephants in coffins in front of the Scope arena so, sadly, we never went in to see the circus. I was afraid my 4 year-old would have been freaked. He's speech/developmentally delayed and doesn't understand the differance between acting and reality yet. Peta loves to torture human animals.

The trainers are cruel, the training is cruel. i swear to you if you educate yourself bout how these animals are treated YOU WOULD NEVER EVER EVER VISIT THE CIRCUS AGAIN. @fableauthor I'm not a PETA supporter but as a horse owner and a great admirer of horses it is absolutely appalling how Ringling treats their animals.
The elephants are abused, yes, and so are all of the other animals in their show. There is a wealth of documented evidence. If you really want to be informed the information is easy to find using google.
You witnessed signs of abuse while you were there. Those sticks the handlers are using with the elephants are in fact bull hooks.
