I am a police officer and in a class I recently had I attend they used this video as an example and this cop did a great job at remaining calm as well as not letting his emotions get in the way however this officer was on probation due to an incident where he did not remain calm, he was eventually relieved of his duties a month of two later but not because of the incident but something else in the line of duty.

He did this because his captain had been on him for the way he acted with other motorists and the complaints he had received. He then turns it on in the second half and you all see what happens. At the very end of the video you can hear the trooper say, something along the lines of lets see if you like how I handled that captain.

Seems the angriest the cop was is when he says "If you don't pick this up, sir, I'm gonna summon you for littering.". And, there was no anger in there. Shows how cool this guy is. But, the driver could have been dragged to jail for his conduct. The trooper could have said "Ok! Sir, I've had enough abuse from you! You're under arrest!". However, he didn't. He just let him go. This is how cops should behave.

i met a cop like this once when we were skating. he said "now. idk that you guys are skating. seariously i dont, go ahead and skate and just tell the person that called about you that i said it's ok" i like cops like that. lol, never met a mean cop or security guard yet.. : D
