I think that during the medieval warming period Greenland was covered by plant life instead of the heavy ice of today. There are other parts of the Northern hemisphere with shrinking glaciers. Underneath the glaciers there are very old forests!

American business is about getting a return on investment and making a market for customers. People don't change the glass that much in standing, currently occupied structures. Conservation and recycling are only maintenance practices; Innovation came from building hydro-electric dams not changing electric lights for gas lamps. Other people probably already mentioned this, but I like how he mentioned that companies, along with the government have a responsibility to keep production and employment in the U.S. The biggest reason companies go abroad is for lower cost workers so they can get a higher profit. But where is the benefit for the country in that. American's need to realize that they ARE American's and like everyone in almost every other country, they should also be working hard for their country.

I just read the White House blog entitled 'You Can't Believe Everything You Read' which cites a story aligned against the Obama administration about how he had prevented the operation of coal burning power generation plants in the midst of the lmost recent winter storm event. The WH says "The source is questionable and the story is unquestionably false" - -but the WH never mentions who wrote it and that's because, after reading the story by Alex Jones I find it of utmost accuracy.

CO2 absorbes radiation from the sun and unlike most of the radiation that would be controled by the earths atmostphere and be shot back out into space, it drops to earth increasing the temp of the earths surface. As time goes by and this continues to happen the earth heats up more and more ( like we have seen) the water cycle increases with volume because water evapotes more. water does the same thing, it absorbs radiation and falls back to earth. raising the temp

But thats not today, today the sun is cooler with less radiation output but we the human race are doing it, this time. And warming is much larger today than the midieval times.

I think that during the medieval warming period Greenland was covered by plant life instead of the heavy ice of today. There are other parts of the Northern hemisphere with shrinking glaciers. Underneath the glaciers there are very old forests!

Plant life does feed on CO2 and it could benifit them but the problem is that with the heating of the earth (from CO2), will increase more because of the larger volume in the water cycle, will do the same if not more than CO2, will cause more natural disasters. which is a real big problem with agriculture.

Big government is blocking job creation, not helping it. The sooner Washington stops spending, cuts taxes, corporate welfare and cuts hindering regulation and leaves innovation to the private sector the faster the economy will grow. You want to bring new business to the U.S. cut corporate tax in half, abolish the minimum wage and living wage, abolish capitol gains & estate tax. And roll back burdensome regulations. The economy would boom.

when every American man can settle for a maximum of 250,000 $, or just agree to pay a decent amount of taxes for anything over that amount, the whole issue of people losing their houses because they are on unemployment will go away. All that tax revenue could provide for either a raising of unemployment and health benefits, and/or the government can go ahead and start projects and actually build factories that wil!l employ the unemployed.

When are you going to acknowledge the pole shift? The southern cross pointers point to the top of the cros. the top and bottom of the cross when alligned and extended to the horison points south. Its not doing that anymore.

I have small business. I send the equivalent of one full-time worker's wages to the Federal Government every month. One person in my local area is unemployed while one federal worker is employed. I don't think the Federal Government is administrating the money very well. I would do a better job. I am closer to my own community.
