Oh this MTV was shown in a music programme named 翡翠音樂幹線 on TVB Jade (a Hong Kong TV station). They always have Chinese subtitles for Japanese songs. I just wonder if anyone could upload a better quality version of the MTV on YouTube. I like the song as much as the colour shown in the MTV.
