@young128 hah How are you confused, its pretty straight foward, i didnt have Crooked I beating canabis in rhyme skills, and i highly disagree Crooked I has better rhyme skills than Canabis, with canabis i hear extra aspects that he brings along with flow and rhyme technique, the only other thing Crooked I seemed to have is punchlines. in general Canabis is way better to me, uses internals, unorthadox rhyme schemes.

He spits fire but the same fire. he played out(no diss) Crooked has many styles and is lyrical plus speaks on real shit in lifes events. @harmany08 I don't think Bus is lyrical anymore. He used to be in his Rip The Jacker/Mic Curriculum era, but now he just uses big words to compensate for his lack of lyrical abilities. Compare Master Thesis (Lyrical) to his verse on Diabolic's last album, Liar & A Thief, on the track, In Common (Terrible.) Crooked I is much better.

Canibus is better with content, metaphors, flow (IMO), punchlines, and storytelling. Crooked I gets multis/rhyme schemes. Canibus>Crooked I objectively as far as I see.
Flow is all about preference, and i think Canibus' flow is more effective in a way, but not better. Crooked's punchlines and multi's don't make him better... it's how EVERYTHING is composed over all that make's another thing better than another. Canibus shit's on Crooked as a lyricist... it's no contest in my eyes.
@gtg309v subject matter is definetly a big thing, but to me it has more to do with preference than skill. each MC interprets 2 very different walks of life. how they do it through word play, style, vocabulary and metaphors determines skill and to me crook is right up there with bus when you put it in that context. but i respect your opinion man, thanks for the input
