As far as I can make out the intro and verse part is just repetition of the chords A , C , D , G and the bridge and chorus are a repetition of the chords Em, Bm , D , A

hope that helps, the Bm is played as a bar chord but also sounds ok if you just play an open Bm as in the bottom 4 strings for beginners.
