Actually, it has been noted that it could actually help disabled gamers. But rest assured if the guy in question remained on the team doing customer service, these things would definitely not have sold very many more units, if any at all. He was so bad he pissed of the Penny Arcade guys enough for them to ban him from PAX East.
@ThalerAB Also, the people calling out for boycotts of MW2 and MW3 were not the majority. Hence the games continuing to sell like crazy. Not very many people were part of those boycotts as compared to the number of potential customers. I know some people who were, and they have yet to break their promise. It's actually pretty impressive, but again, it just didn't involve everybody who was going to be a potential customer of the game. Clearly, not everyone was dissatisfied. Not the case here.

ROTFLMAO! Thank you for making this video. It is even funnier that some of the things he said were direct quotes from the e-mails. I feel badly for Dave that he had to put up with this crap. The whole "put on your big boy hat" was completely unnecessary. Having been treated rudely by customer service for my ISP, I sort of get a vicarious kick out of this Paul jerk getting owned. The gamer community doesn't know the real definition of boycott. Hell, they'd probably STILL buy these controller addons if the products were good.

@ThalerAB I should have been more specific; this deals with the guy that was doing the marketing for this company. The product itself, in this case, is fine. Actually, it has been noted that it could actually help disabled gamers. But rest assured if the guy in question remained on the team doing customer service, these things would definitely not have sold very many more units, if any at all. He was so bad he pissed of the Penny Arcade guys enough for them to ban him from PAX East.

@ThalerAB Also, the people calling out for boycotts of MW2 and MW3 were not the majority. Hence the games continuing to sell like crazy. Not very many people were part of those boycotts as compared to the number of potential customers. I know some people who were, and they have yet to break their promise. It's actually pretty impressive, but again, it just didn't involve everybody who was going to be a potential customer of the game. Clearly, not everyone was dissatisfied. Not the case here.
