@richyboy230 I can't remember exactly what time it was - they had two sessions, one on the afternoon and one on the night and I went on the night. Sadly I don't think they do it this way any more - rather than having a special Christmas night last year they had normal opening hours and had the houses decorated for Christmas instead. It's a shame as Beamish in the dark at Christmas is magical. I'm not 100% sure though - if you're on Facebook, they have a page on there where you could ask...?

I was there with my husband and two boys, great night but it was absolutley freezing! Quite magical :) Thanks for the memories.

Hehe it was as well! We were taking it in turns to hold the hot chestnuts to warm up :)
