What's so funny/disturbing about it is that he makes countless videos berating anyone who isn't specifically Christian creationist for 'having no morals', while at the same time taking money under false charitable precepts, and illegally censoring criticism by abusing copyright law....

I wasn't even part of the situation, so I don't really care who was hurt or not. It just helped me see that this kinda stuff can happen on Youtube. WOW, I missed most all of this. Few comments - why does he get away with it? because he flies the xtian flag, no more, no less. Does he need to be committed? HELLS yes. At the time of upload, this was the most complete and concise history of the saga at that time. Most of the others I had seen only covered small segments of it. As it stands now, it most likely needs updating with a further part which deals with the latest info including the false DMCAs which I received. However, I will not be uploading one as Shawn is now seeking professional help for his condition.

We hear a lot from christians that without the bible and "faith" telling us what morality is we would all be raping, killing, stealing monsters. While we non christians know this not to be true, I think this VFX guy shows a lot of the callous attention seeking characteristics of a true sociopath. I think it might actually be dangerous to take his faith away from him. That might be the only thing holding him back from truly hideous crimes much worse than defrauding children's charities.

Could also be extreme malignant narcissism, possibly reacting to fear of punishment in an authoritarian environment at an early age. I hear his family are good people, but that doesn't mean they were able to meet his needs. If their world view is the same as Venom, sans being assholes, they wouldn't have the awareness or education to see his problems until it was too late.

The way I see it, an individual expressing his newly found faith tried to spread out the word, but nay-sayers contradicted him, forcing to take things too far, and causing him to take actions that, deep down, weren't a part of his intentions. Jumping to the conclusion that he suffers from some sort of brain desease is a bit irrational. Just sayin'...

Sad thing about PCS's amazing greed is that his parents are loaded. We've all seen the videos of his that show off his home, he admitted that he lived with his parents at that time. He lives in a friggin' mansion! But mommy and daddy were tired of his bullshit and cut him off and that's when he started to scam in the name of charity. And if I remember correctly, his parents are Jewish, so I doubt he was ever an atheist like he claims. I'd be surprised if he is actually a Christian.

Venomfangx is a typical religious person.
They have no morals. Only a selfish fear for what the "lord" will do to they're souls. And for this reason (fear) they will do anything to gain the "lords" favor. They will go abroad to the sick and starving with food, medicine and of course bibles. They will try to "heal" the world.
But they are still not moral people, because they're motive to do all this is a selfish one. They do not care about others, only they're place in heaven.

And I admit that belief in God may be a difficult thing to accept, but by itself that is not an argument. And there are lots of proofs of God's existence (such as the Cosmological argument). But even if there aren't, that doesn't make God's existence "implausible."
