Wayne Coyne really must have caught them on a bad night, because in everything that I've seen of them it's pretty much the opposite of everything he said.

They seem like nice enough folk and (probably more importantly) his comment about them treating their fans "like shit," is a flat out lie. You don't give concerts like they give because you don't appreciate your fans.

Totally. Also, Wayne Coyne's beef with them is rather with Arcade Fire's old tour crew rather than Arcade Fire themselves. From my own and friends' experiences I've got nothing but good things to say about the actual band members of Arcade Fire. Very very kind and nice people!
