What really pisses me off is that the master sword ALREADY has a creation story (albeit not widely known, yet still just as official) and on top of that they say Links famous green clothes are just a school uniform!?!? THAT TAKES AWAY ALL OF ITS PRESTIGE! Its supposed to be crafted for the hero of time SPECIFICALLY and passed down from generations from the "first" (in parentheses because I doubt TLoZ has a definitive "timeline") hero of time!

@bulbinking Geez, stop sulking, it's just a small retcon. The Master Sword's creation story is way more epic in Skyward Sword than Oot's boring explanation anyways.

And as for the Green Tunic explanation, there's nothing really wrong with it. I mean, in OoT, the Tunic was just the standard Kokiri unoform, and in other Zelda games like Alttp and Four Swords, there isn't even an explanation for why he's wearing the Green Tunic. So chill out.

So, that sword is the sword used by the goddess...but it wasnt complete and thats why she couldnt destroy demise....but the three flames were already around durring her time..so..she couldnt make the master sword herself for some reason? And what was the point of getting the triforce if it didnt do anything in the end anyway? WHY DIDNT LINK WISH FOR DEMISE TO HAVE NEVER EXISTED?? WHY DID ZELDA HAVE TO BECOME HUMAN? IT SAYS SHE CANT USE TRIFORCE AS A GOD BUT SHE DIDNT USE IT HER-

-SELF ANYWAY BUT SHE GAVE UP HER GOD POWERS AND..... Most of this game mode ZERO sense and was one giant plot device after the other. So many plot holes and yet people keep raving about how this is TEH BESTEST ZELDA EVAH!!!11!! So lemme get this straight..if they took a MARIO game, and gave him and peach an emotional backstory...but made the story itself completely rediculous..people would still like it? OH WAIT! Its called Super Mario RPG! Well, I see why people dont take-

This game had one of the weakest stories ever, and sure you mightve cried about zelda, but thats because they made up ridiculous rules last minute to creat the situation that made you cry! It doesnt mean the story was good, it means you are shallow and easily manipulated. Its AVATAR ALL over again...

This game is okay... I seriously believe it wasnt better for two reasons. 1- It is known the developers couldnt add as much detail or characters as they wanted due to hardware limitations of the Wii. And 2- they obviously rushed the development of this game so it could be released for zeldas 25th anniversary.

@bulbinking They didn't rush anything. It's been in development since Twilight Princess was released. The problem is that the Wii is a crappy console, and unfortunately it doesn't matter how much effort Nintendo can put, there are still limitations and you're gonna have to learn to deal with it.

I have to admit tho, other than that the tunic has been praised like its as special as the triforce itself!! So yeah, this is where it begins I guess. If this wasn't the start of all zelda games as confirmes by nintendo, i'd be like "What the Deku Tree in the name of Nayru is going on here!?!?"

Why is everyone wearing Link's TRADEMARK tunic? Nintendo kinda dropped the ball on that one. That's part of what made Link unique. No one else had his style.

And Miyamoto said himself, if they stuck with "the old graphics" the gameplay wouldn't work, because darker graphics make the Wii Motion Plus hard to use do to being unable to see enemy movement as clear. And besides, a games graphics don't have to be dark and gritty for it to have a dark atmosphere, I mean...look at Wind Waker
