@kingsteven71 you'll need your conjuration at 75. Then buy it from Phinis Gestar from the college of Winterhold. An easy exploit or cheat is buy soul trap, an apprentice leveled conjuration spell, and buy it from the courtwizard in Whiterun. Then cast it on a horse or dead corpse as much as you can, and you'll level up quick.

@Nba2k707 go to the winterhold college and speak to the conjuration fellow, you have to get him a sigil orb by killing i think 2-3 demora lords, it depends on what you say to the demora lord once you summon and kill him or whatever, but after you get the orb go back to him and he will look at it or whatever then he'll let you buy the demora's from him and ect. lol hope this helped

@Dyleman2000 your conjuartion has to be a really high level for the dremora lord. as for the bow, I think you can use it around the same time you get the Frost Atronarch. (level 50). The Flame Atronarch comes when your conjuration level is 25. I'm not very sure about when you're able to get the Dremora Lord or the Storm Atronarch though.

It is an expert level spell.

You have to be level 100 to get the master level spells.

Once you have a good enough conjuration level, then the person who sells conjuration spellbooks at the mage's college will have it for sell.

@ryanriffs easiest way is to get the sanguine rose. Go to any tavern in any of the holds and try to find a guy named Sam ( he will be in a random one) and he will challenge you to a drinking contest after you wake up just complete the quest.
