guess im still not grown enough to understand this.

anyway, i dont think a 2-hr movie can perfectly deliver all what Murakami wants to say in his book, like just a slice of the story so dont criticise it so much.

however, i was not satisfied with the ending call at all. i was expecting something deeper than just that. When i read that part of the book, i cried, because i could feel the complete emptiness in Watanabe's soul but in this movie they made it too quick so i couldnt feel it.

I think that most of us who have seen this, agree that the film merely comes across as a 'summary' of what the book has to offer.

@parisinblue oh the book... yes.. No wonder why readers usually get disappointed with the movie, or else on the brighter side, have some fun criticizing the two or simply enjoy a sweet reminisce of the moments you devour each page when you haven't reread it for a long time like what I did. :D
