It depends on what dialect of English you speak or how influenced you are by certain types of languages. For example, seeing as how I know Frisian, and have familiarity with the "accent", if I were to buffalax a song in a Germanic language (especially Frisian), it might look more like a "misheard lyrics" than a buffalaxing.
