well i went to high school in western new york and their were precisely 0 shootings at my high school and neighboring high schools. all i can tell you is that killing sprees happen and its a part of life. just hope you don't get caught up in one. at the end of the day your better off with capital punishment even only if it deters 1 out of 100

After being shot by police in his leg, he committed suicide. 5 students and 2 police executives were wounded.
