While it's true that we abide in His word, the reason we do so is out of our love for him.
We do not wish to be condemned by God, however more than that we do not wish to hurt Him by choosing ourselves before Him, and we want Him to delight in us and in the choices we make! Continue to search for Him with all of your heart and to love Him with all your heart, mind, soul and strength!
I'm falling off again, it sucks, I desire God, I love God, but this world is tearing me apart. I just want to stop this useless thing I'm doing and run to God, but how? When He finally revealed to me that He's saved me, it felt so good, for a few weeks, I felt so mighty, I could care less about the world, but now, I'm drifting away again, it's killing me, more painful than when I was still searching for the Truth.

If u truly want to be set free from this world and from sin, there is only one answer, the bible, reading, studying, memorizing the scripture, every single day, if u want to desire God u have to abide by his word, desire his word, because the bible is the only way to know Jesus. God Bless u.

Wow, your pretty hilarious if you actually meant that, This preacher couldn't care less about your money. If you read about his life he was one of the poorest missionaries in Peru at that time in his life when his life revolved around missionary work. But Its funny to watch just how defensive your response was, Gods probably laughing at you right now
