To make a fisheye for a camcorder, you need a pipe an some foam, a pipe that will fit your lens, and you put the foam in, until the peepholes nice and snug and doesnt move.

these never work the way you want. you have to zoom in. its a lot better to just get $110 and get a baby death and then another $140 or so for a camera that goes with it just look at my videos, and you will see.

i think, if you want a fisheye, just save up, because you have to buy the peephole anyways, so if you want one, just buy the cheapest and be happy, these just ruin everything about fisheyes

orrrrr... get a film canister (what i used for mine) or sumthing else that fits aroud ur lens, wrap the peephole in tape (foam tape is best) put it in the canster with enough empty space on the bak so it will still fit over the camera and put single sided foam tape on the inside of it to make a snug fit

dude i think you will create the fisheye effect but zooming in will eliminate the wide angle. I mean in real fish eye lens, objects are not only distorted but also smaller which is great cuz you can shoot bigger objects from closer distance (like in skate movies). zooming in destroys this :-/
