@Oo0arceus0oO To mod a weapon you have to change some information in the file that describes weapons for the game, in this case you had to replace bullets to projectiles and add rockets. You could as well make it shoot grenades or molotovs.

It was a mod, you could dance, roll and slide, but new patch came out and they didn't release new version of the mod, so you can't do this anymore (as far as I know, maybe a trainer can do it?).
