  • brine the duck breasts in cold water to cover meat, with 1/2 cup of salt for the 10 lbs.... put in fridge for two hours, then replace water, put in fridge... do this as many times as needed till the water is clear of blood. Now butterfly breasts, place a jalapeno pepper in middle, surround with bacon, pin bacon to meat with toothpick. Get BBQ hot, pace breast on grill, turn after 5-6 min and cook both sides (about 10-11 minutes) need to be pink, don't overcook... Now enjoy!!

  • Fred zink is the shit!

  • I didn't know they allowed anything like this in massachussettes anymore..they banned everything else!

  • down here in maryland we shoot allot of old squaws and scoters buy not white wing.. when we went up to were he hunts it was an amazing trip to shoot the eiders but they are very though birds you have to hit them in the right place or you probly wont kil them and they like to dive...

  • Hi MattNattMatt Waterfowling is fun, that's just one reason to try it. Other birds? Many other birds are hunted; doves, quail (several species), pheasant, chukar, Huns, sharpies, bobwhite, crows, geese, turkeys, puddle ducks, diver ducks... Start off shooting clay targets at your local trap & skeet range. Then try wingshooting for real.

  • @JoeArc10 is right, Good advise right there. Sea ducks are fast, and live in very tough areas. That's the attraction for me. Sea duck hunting has the element of danger and challenge, no other duck hunting or bird hunting can compare with.

    Best of luck !!
