Overpopulation causes crises, as evidenced by the current state of China, and the sooner we allow people to voluntarily curb their own child production, the less likely it is that we run into the necessity of taking the drastic measures that China has taken such as limits on children per family.

Populations are shrinking world wide. Frankly I agree with him. What he means is that we allow people to have better birth control so they have fewer children. This is a perfectly reasonable thing to hope for. Overpopulation causes crises, as evidenced by the current state of China, and the sooner we allow people to voluntarily curb their own child production, the less likely it is that we run into the necessity of taking the drastic measures that China has taken such as limits on children per family.

As far as the population issue, conception should be a planned event of the couple building a family and not a accident because human reproduction is treated as a vulgarity instead of a part of being human. If every couple had 2 children the population could not increase. 2 would seem ideal if you want a family. Some do not and don't . Some cann't . So who is pushing people to have so many offspring? The family belongs to the couple that concieves it, not bill gates or UN or NWO.

If the genius wants to do something about all that carbon , he can spend a few million of his billion and figure out how to convert fuels to electricity in a chemical reaction that does not release carbon and remove oxigen. Or he could come up with a way to bond the carbon coming from the smoke of coal burns to a matrix to manufacter building pannels. He should try to build instead of destroy. So he understands that increase in population and increase in services are inevitable and are needed and are good.
