Um, so, can this horse be ridden on a trail? Do I have to carry a trampoline everywhere when I ride her to get on her? How is she around traffic? Does she pick up her feet? How is she with a bath? Is she easy to catch? This video tells me nothing other than you guys think circus tricks are great for advertising a horse for sale. This mare certainly doesn't look happy--she looks tense and upset. AND LEARN HOW TO RIDE, for God's sake--a bad rider can ruin any kind of training in no time at all!
The mare is relaxed the entire time, no one is 'slapping' her and it's far far from abuse. I agree they should promote her movement under saddle and other attributes more but that mare is not the least bit afraid, her tail is relaxed and not clenched, her eyes are calm, her ears don't show tension. Please people, get over it.
come on people, i'm sure the majority of you who do own horses could never do this to them. obviously this mare was well started, and is doing quite well. gives good arabians a good rep (them being known for spooky & flighty). my arabian mare is also bombproof, and barely flinches @ anything but not to this extent. very well done and shes going to be someones brick wall of a trail horse :)
