I use to have the same problem with allergies. I couldn't even handle grass with all the windows up in my car. Go to someplace "like" Whole Foods and get some "Natural HONEY" from the state you live in and eat a straight spoon of it every day.
It might make you gag, BUT IT REALLY WORKS. I do this WHENEVER I start getting stopped up. Bees work with the pollen of the plants in your area and you benefit from the enzymes in the Honey. If it don't work, you might not have REAL honey. :-)
