My opinion...does´nt matter what kind of milk you use. The tecnique of milk steaming is the main reason. Nevertheless, fine latte art and great music Michael...
Beautiful work; some of the better I've seen. Nice video, too. I really like the way you show the whole process but don't force us to sit through it in real time. Bravo!
Hi nice vid, I have the same equipment as you and I played that satriani for my final exam :). But your steamtip looks diffrent is it the stock steamtip? or did you switch?
Thanks - I don´t now what your are thinking, but if it´s about making espresso and latteart - then buy dvd´s with David Schomer. He´s my inspiration and he will give you in detail, how to do it.
Comming from a nother pationate barista, I would have to say you have great technique in not just "latte art" but in your grinding , tamping, steamming, and pulling of your espresso, and milk! great to see some one who finaly knows about TRUE coffee for once!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT VIDEOS!

what type of milk do you use? I've been trying my hand at latte-art @ work and can't seem to get a good foam with anything but skim or 2%.
IrishBarFight 5 years ago
Hey - it´s hard to make a perfect milk with the light milk-product. I use for the perfect latte art 3,5%
