  • My opinion...does´nt matter what kind of milk you use. The tecnique of milk steaming is the main reason. Nevertheless, fine latte art and great music Michael...

    best regards

    Aykut Germany/Turkey

  • I was impressed. Is it the machine of what country?

Can you purchase it in Japan?

    shin Japan

  • just a classical Italian. Keep on working man. As people say "a good start is a good coffee..."

  • hey man, my two favorite things, good coffee, and Satch

  • Wanna make me one? Haha... Those are awesome.. wish I could do it but probably couldn't.

    -Grace

  • The song is of Joe Satriani and the name is Always with me always with you

  • Beautiful work; some of the better I've seen. Nice video, too. I really like the way you show the whole process but don't force us to sit through it in real time. Bravo!

  • Thanks - soon I will make a video with my new machine ECM Technika III - It´s a Super machine :)

  • Hi nice vid, I have the same equipment as you and I played that satriani for my final exam :). But your steamtip looks diffrent is it the stock steamtip? or did you switch?

  • Hey - I don´t now about Stock´s tip - but I try to do it like David Schomer and it works :)

  • wat?

  • thanks for the tip i am new so i am still getting the hand of things hope your well from jm ps thanks for the quick reply

  • i like your vids there cool i want to be a barista when i leave school do you have any tips

  • Thanks - I don´t now what your are thinking, but if it´s about making espresso and latteart - then buy dvd´s with David Schomer. He´s my inspiration and he will give you in detail, how to do it.

  • What brand is that machine? thanks

    Tim

  • Hey Tim - It´s a BFC LA VALENTINA JUNIOR PLUS

  • Comming from a nother pationate barista, I would have to say you have great technique in not just "latte art" but in your grinding , tamping, steamming, and pulling of your espresso, and milk! great to see some one who finaly knows about TRUE coffee for once!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT VIDEOS!

    From: a nother friendly barista.

  • Thanks - and thanks for a great response. I like to hear from other friendly baristas. :O)

  • Nice, the last latte looks great (with a big curve like a smile) hehehehehehehe.

  • awome!!!!

  • I'm doing the best ha ha, but I will give it many tries tomorrow.

  • Nice! I have been trying this at work lately, too. You did very well.

  • Thanks - getting you a good result...?

  • No;D

  • consistency.... is probably the most important word in coffee.

  • Yes it is - my english is bad - Sorry :O)

  • what type of milk do you use? I've been trying my hand at latte-art @ work and can't seem to get a good foam with anything but skim or 2%.

  • Hey - it´s hard to make a perfect milk with the light milk-product. I use for the perfect latte art 3,5%

  • Who's the music?

  • Joe Satriani "Always with me, always with you"

  • I figured it was either Satriani or Steve Vai :)

  • coffee art video better
