    Me too! What I liked about the program is that it

    has its work out routine that can be done at home.

    Its not some wacky diet/ crazy weight lifting gym

    workout routine. And in just 20-30days, my skin

  • @ashleigh53 I actually use my sheep/pillow tiingy cause it's thick enoguh and round enough to stay in between my legs..it might not be as hard as a ball but then you can squeeze ore so yeah it's just fine :)

  • i have stretchmarks on my inner theighs its not bad yet but i want to stop it before it does so if i do this everyday 4 like 15 mins will they dissapear

  • @EllenKaulitz10 You can get stretch marks from losing weight too though. moisturizing daily helps to prevent them and I used bio oil on my stretch marks consistently for about a month and they faded them tremendously! I can still see them but they're like 1 or 2 shades lighter than my skintone so its not noticable

  • @IMperfectMSx33 well see thats sort of true well some people say that if ur really huge and u lift some waits that u will lose wait but if ur really skinny and u lift some waits that u will just get muscles so ya i have no idea

  • They are not annorexic, if you look at the lady in blue top, you can see that she's skinny but it's because of the MUSCLES SHE HAS ON HER BELLY; this is healthy thin. Ribs and hips is called a skeleton not annorexic...

  • Wow, this looks so easy! I bet it's one of those things that look pathetically easy and then when you try it you do the 60 reps and want to collapse. XD;

    Also, I've seen the woman on the right in some other videos and she gets even skinnier. In fact, you can see her ribs. When you start to see a chick's ribs, that's when she's going overboard.

  • @Ninirah You can see my ribs and I don't exercise regularly or diet. I've never been on a diet. Sometimes it's just the way someone is. :)

  • tip: she says the more burn u feel the more calories ur burning off but if u only eat healthy, u dont have that many calories to burn so after u burn all of the ones u have, ur burning fat!! eat healthy!!

  • dont u think these women are a little too skinny? If you had sex with them nothin would bounce. Bouncing is good. So if you are a woman dont worry if you are around 20-30 lbs overweight. Guys like bouncy, jiggly things, unless they are into the teen/immature girl body type thing. Real women have curves, and bounce!

    i like a good balance on a woman body i mean the proportions.

    I see lots of thin girls with big titts so thats for me unnatural...

    but a-lil-bit-moling girls or lets say girls with a normal body have nice asses, beautiful tits and hot/normal curves so thats for me natural and id like to photograpf them. they dont look unnatural on pictures.

  • @chvxchck, that is called a crash diet, when someone eats less than 500 cal a day and then quit when they are thinner.
