VB Virus Scanner Pt1

what is the code to for the label thing where it shows you the files the program is scanning? what is the code. this is my program.. i want to scan a file, but be able to scan the files it is scanning? help me pleasee

My program doesn't find the "VIRUS", I created an file !File.exe and added it even in the "database" that the program is reading from... but it still doesn't find it. why?
