I have one that works like the grand hand view, but was cheaper, it does no output as high a resolution but it's still HD.

@flightgotgame All you need to do is plug an S-Video cable into the S-Video output and then plug the other end into the Dazzle. Same thing he does with the standard video cable, just use the S-Video instead.

@mets4life3064 the quality still sucks... i found a better way to record and play in s-video... just buy a s-video splitter and an extra male to male s-video cable and connect the s-video cable to the dazzle and to the tv... looks and records great...

I have tryed S-video cable and normal video cable also tryed to swtich to S-video in Pinnacle Studio but nothing get the preview screen to come. Someone else still got a problem? or know what to do? Its starting to piss me off...

I got the ITV-100 for my 1920x1080 monitor. The quality isn't as good now. I hooked everything up right but for some reason everytime i go to record it's only recording the top corner.

Why do you need the Grand Hand View? Can't you just use a VGA splitter then run 1 VGA to your Monitor and the other use a VGA to S-Video Converter and run the s-video to your Dazzle?

I don't know if it works in full HD, i've not tested with that resolution,  i have tested with 1280x1024, full hd is 1920x1080

If you play on a higher resolution that what hand view supports, will it

A) cut off images on your capture

B) scale the image to whatever resolution it does support (1024 x --)

C) not capture any image because the resolution is too high?

I don't know if you can play in full HD and still record, on the grand hand view III manual i've read max resolution supported is 1280x1024 ( so is my VGA monitor )

@Coccorito81 i had the same problem but i found out how to make it work, when in pinnacle studio on the record tab go to the bottom and on the left hand side ofthe box with that circle thing in it theres a video tab thing, if you click that and choose s-video instead of composite s-video will work :)

You plug the Xboxs VGA cable into the grand hand view. You take the video out from the grand hand view and put it in the dazzle.

You take the VGA cable from the grand hand view and put it in your monitor.

You put the Xboxs audio into the dazzle with the splitters

And put the other half of the audio splitter into the speakers?
