  • Ohh I c, thanxxx 4 da info, I 1day hope 2 have da same setup, I love da way da car soundz

  • @redwoman00000 Yeah, don't mention it mate

  • Perrin map and AP, with cobb DP?

Why wouldn't you have a cobb map and AP? Just curious

  • @redwoman00000 It's a Cobb AP, but just a perrin map.. The Perrin map was designed for the mods and is more aggressive than Cobb maps

  • Quick question, you have a perrin AP, with a cobb DP?

  • This sounds sooooo good!

  • was your exhaust loud enough for you because im thinking about getting the same set up as you but i want something that when you get on it it has the subaru grunt but i dont want anything thats going to anoy me on long drives if that makes any sence

  • @Fifty016 It's loud outside of the car, and you can hear it well enough on the inside with almost no drone at all...

Subaru does a great job with cabin noise...

  • im glad to hear that someone else was very happy with how the wrx handled in the snow because im about 5 months from being a police officer and ill need to be able to get there rain or shine

  • @Fifty016 As long as you get a set of winter tires (or at least a good set of all-seasons) it will take care of you...

  • yeah i go up almost every saturday but i know i cant make it this sat going to ocean city before its too cold lol it hit 58 here last night. im sure you had a lot of open parking lot by security i know i took my buddys audi s4 up to essex community college for some fun because they have just wide open parking lots with no speed bumps even went threw towson in that big storm but most of the lots where chained or being plowed

  • @Fifty016 yeah I'm hopefully heading out there too, still got some time to surf...

  • not sure if you had your wrx in the snow but if so how did you like it and im not sure if your still around the md area but on saturday nights in whitemarsh there is a car meet at the walmart alot of neat cars some old skylines and a few supras and old cars its hard to tell whats going to be there every week

  • @Fifty016 I live near Security Square and would take the WRX out every time it snowed to play, and loved it...

Still do it in the Evo, my housemates think I'm insane because I'll get up at 6 when I don't have to teach and go play in the snow...

There are some vids of the Evo in the same parking lot...

On the safety side both cars were great with snow tires (I run Blizzaks) and when most people were hiding I'd be out running errands...

Not a bad hike for me, you make it most Saturdays?

  • hey im from maryland bel air really but i have heard alot of good things about iag where you happy with everythig there service and parts wise i just went to order my 2011 wrx! cant wait but i wanna put some toys on it asap lol

  • @Fifty016 I can't speak high enough praise for Rick, JJ, and the guys at IAG...

They've taken care of me since day 1, whether it was my WRX or my Evo...

  • @blayze999 yeah i live like maby 45 min away and i work in that area and around towson seen it a few times and even fell inlove with that white sti they have there lol but i just got done driving a new evo and your right it just made my choice alot harder but the guys at the dealership say the new wrx is going to drive alot like the sti

  • @Fifty016 The transmission makes all the difference, if I could do it all over again I'd have just bought the STI/Evo from the get go... I honestly didn't plan on doing half the stuff I did to it, but I just wasn't happy... Then I decided I liked my warranty so I went back to stock and bought something more aggressive from the get-go...

  • @blayze999 what where you unhappy about with the wrx? how it handled or the amount of work with no show of power? soeey to ask so many questions im tryin to get the best car an talking with you is helping me alot with my questions

  • @Fifty016 When I was done working on it I was more or less happy with how it handled, it out performed an STI in every regards EXCEPT the transmission/DCCD.. Which I found to make a bid difference...

The next step for me would have been to do a transmission swap and I realized I'd spent so much time and effort getting that car to perform better when I could have started out on much higher ground...

At the end of the day a WRX is still a WRX, nothing wrong with that but it still isn't an STI...

  • @Fifty016 No worries about the questions, what good would it be for me to go through half the stuff I do if I can't answer some questions about it!

  • Hey man, what BPV did you use?

  • It's got the stock BPV, the intake just brings out the sound a whole lot more

  • if your going to video alot by yourself I would recommend getting one the flexible legged tripods from walmart for $15. Worked well for me...

Nice videos though, keep em coming.

  • I'll look into it thanks,

  • wow dude how are you getting 22.2 avg mpg mine always says 12.4 ahahhah any tips ahahha

  • The trick is staying out of boost unless you need it...

I do my share of spirited driving but outside of that I keep it out of boost and shift at 2.5-3k...

I can get 25/26 on highway trips...

  • and can u hook up the website you got the dp on

  • Where I bought it?

Got it from a local shop IAG Performance...
