True, a constraint on the hand would stop the fluttering... but it will also lock the hand in place. Not a good thing when the hand needs to move around. Plus it takes up some space on your workspace time line. Also, to keep your guy from falling over, put the constraint on his shins, and make sure the active pose strength is at least 10 or 20
