I didn't control the aircraft except disactivating autothrottle at minimums.

It was ILS approach & CATII landing although NO flare performed by autopilot before touchdown.

By the way, this AP issue wasn't fixed by PSS.

@elyab of Course it didnt flare, as it was a CAT II landing, it will only flare if you perform a CAT III autoland, when tuned into the ILS frequency, and the CRS set for autoland, with an approach vref selected on FMC too btw.

are you kidding? My auto-landings are absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I landed on the center line and everything went well when I touched down into LAX. It was so breathtaking.

I've never been impressed with the PSS autoland, it just dosn't flare at all. PMDG are good :) and even the new Feelthere A320 is alright

By the way...for an ILS Approach you need to program the Frequencies as stated before...but you need t click the LOC (Localizer) Button firs then after it intercepts and turns you click APP

It was a hard land because you did trust on the altitude glideslope. :) The smoothng and flare is task of the pilot. Hint: set -999 on your altitude and control the descent with VS values.

if u tune the ILS freq into the nav 1 Radio when u are close to the airport and click the APP tab on th autopilot u should be brought right in and the altitude Tab will disconect its self once u are established on the locoliser
