It's almost impossible to believe that a government can be so calloused to their people. I know, I know, we see it all the time and the world over.

The common Burmese citizen are wonderful people and they deserve so much better.

You have to be kidding me. are you on SPDC payroll or something? The SPDC is killing villager, not the USA. and you know the reaon for the sanctions is to demand human rights in Burma. To answer your question, the SPDC is responsible for the suffering of the people of Myanmar.
