@SBITSdotBiz Its been three months. I was expecting something in 8 weeks. I did get a confirmation though that I will get a check the first of next month based on two estimates from two bike shops. I'll update this when its all closed. They did apologize for taking so long. As far as the bike rack, this initial model had defects and they were well aware of my issue. They didn't fight it... quite the contrary actually, they sent me a better bike rack right away.
Thanks for the video. I see Yakima recalled all the FlipSide racks with the red handled pin for a longer pin with a black handle a day after you posted your video. I just got one and it has the longer pin.
Did Yakima Give you some Bucks? or did the do the "We claim no responsibility for missuse BS" ?
