I've watched his ENTIRE career, so don't even try it...
In games featuring kobe without Shaq, LA was 53-45 (54.1 win%).
In games featuring Shaq without kobe, they were 36-8 (81.8 win%).
That ALONE shows who was more valuable to the team.
