I would have steered the car in to some trash cans, then hopefully she could have grabbed on to one as she was sliding to pull herself out. If that didnt work, I would then steer in to some bushes to try and push her out the back. Then if that didnt work I would aim for some speed bumps to try and give the car some lift so she could slide out. Then if that didnt work I would try speeding up and then hit the breaks while turning to try and spin the car to shoot her out like a sling.
