You are gonig to kill your self . Steam isnt some thing to mess around with. You need to make sure your crown sheet is wet. you should have wet tested it first ( hydro)
Hi there. I just wanted to say the welds need some work. Other than that, looks pretty solid. That flame needs more air to burn hotter. Propane is ideal for your application. Try to contain the flame a bit more
less heat lost = higher pressure steam = more working force
What did you make it out of copper? Are you sure the wieght you have on the relief valve is not higher than the rating of the vessel? What are you firing with natural gas?

What are you gonna run with it.
you should drill some holes in the side of the burner and or put a smaller gas jet on to prevent soot from that yellow flame.
