great weapon system, but wow that 16" barrel just kills it for me. i thought about picking one up last week, until i saw the size of the barrel. i'll just stick with my 1911, for now.
Granted the civilian version (semi-auto) won't benefit from it as much, the KRISS's recoil system stops muzzle drift. You can fire full auto on it with one hand and stay on target.
Still a cool little toy. With the longer barrel, I could load my .45s up a little hotter, too, giving more punch than a standard handgun.
As awesome as that is, the mandatory long barrel contradicts the design's purposeful compactness. But then, blame the oppressive lawmakers for that one.
this gun is one of best guns I have the long barrel gives it some range.
