Yes, it's by James Newton Howard and from the movie 'Pretty Woman'.

I had suspected all along (ever since first seeing the movie back in the early '90s) that this music was inspired by (with some parts DIRECTLY borrowed from) Bruce Springsteen's 'Racin' in the Streets' and I'd just looked it up, it certainly was. :-)
