i was in fourth grade when this happened... i lived about two miles from nickel mines... my school went into lockdown because we didn't know wether the shooter was on the run or not... my dad was a fire policeman andwhen he heard it on the radio he thought it ws my school my best friend was amish and when i heard about it i strated to cry be cause i thought it was her school... it was scary and sad there is a book called the happening that is based on it its pretty good...
