@terryoi A good way to use it for claustrophobia is to work with memories of specific events where your claustrophobia has affected you, and then follow this model. The words you use are not important. Their only purpose is to keep you focused on the experience, and particularly on your feelings about it. Often you don't need to say anything.
@terryoi Yes, what Erikzoe1 said is absolutely true. Think back to the first time you felt claustrophobic or any incident that made you feel closed in, confined, stuck or any of the typically claustrophobic feelings.
easier for me this way as i recall the event it brings up emotion better <3 thanku
