I first heard this song when I was a young man leaving for military duty in Asia.
I listened to this whole album over and over on my flight through europe then to asia. By the time I arrived, any fear that I had about what I was or was not about to experience vanished. I knew that I really did have a power with me walking with me all the way... to see what the end would be....and lead me on.
When it comes to vocal ability and artistry, "Vanessa Bell Armstrong" Always comes to Mind! You can't get any more precise than this! She is all in a Class All By Herself!

I sang this song when I was 12, then the voice changed. Still one of my favorites.
