no. cs skins take the place of YOUR current cs skin inventory. other cs players see whats in THERE cs skin inventory, whether that be the default skins or downloaded skins. pretty cool and simple, look up skin installations on google. also in some cases , it helps (ex gloc as para in video2:15) you shoot and kill easier
