  • You and Obama both look like wimpy girlie men.

  • Barack Obama for President~

  • New Yorker, truly insane!! Racism sucks.

  • Barack Obama came to germany and everyone love him :D

    ich liebe dich OBAMA

  • We as a grown up and mature culture care more about a woman's 1985 thesis than the issues that affect our todays and hopefully tomorrows.Oh and it's okay for an Anti-American president to visit one of our popular colleges in the name of Q&A. But it's "flirting with the enemy" or some perverted muslim so-called union! For one of our presidential hopefuls to sit down and Q&A with the SAME MAN??? Is EVERYBODY ON CRACK???????????????

  • It's so amusing to me that what's acceptable for a complete disgrace like George W. Mr. D+ student alcoholic pretzel choking crackhead who even Nancy PELOSI calls a TOTAL FAILURE can get away with, but we compare BARACK NEVER been a muslim in fact a DEVOUT Christian Obama, to a sociopath like Hitler. I'll tell you THIS much...If Barack OBAMA'S wife was the self described "prescription" crackhead that Cindy McCain is. He would've been "discredited" long AGO. God bless the Morons of America :)

  • spadino's strips new comics (on youtube)

  • Barack Obama for President~

  • @kybutler he is a terrorist

  • Careful---you know how those muslems hate cartoons.

  • y should anybody give a fuck, they probly do cartoons about our religions, all that god damn double standard fuckn shit, its just ink on a paper, and Schwarzenegger should go back to acting, maybe he can get a spot in Terminator 4 I heard they offered him one

  • ssssss

  • The cartoon shows more of a truth, if one read obama's wife's thesis, one can deduce a clear sense of intense racism and hatred for white people, or "the whitey" as it refers to them. A look into obama's past also reveals some shady stuff, such as smoking crack cocaine.... seriously, read his book! Also search the internet for 50 lies by obama, These concrete facts paint a clear picture of a liar that is fooling Americans. However he is a good public speaker.... Yet so was Adolph Hitler.

  • But unlike Hitler, who was a DROP OUT, Obama actually was educated and have read the history books.

Proof of Hitler's illiteracy can be shown of the fact that if he read the history books and realized that Napoleon failed to dominate Russia, he wouldn't have done it. (Maybe we're lucky that he's stupid...)

Anyway, Obama is not stupid, and don't expect a "Whitey" holocaust anytime in the future.

  • Hitler thought he knew something about war. if he let his generals do their job, we'd be fucked.

  • It is very offensive, tasteless and has no place in American peoples' dignity and unity. It is really shame and unfortunate seeing some American people are thumping up for this cartoon while the Nation's flag is on fire. At this point I notice you don't know the honor of flag. But as Muslim American I am proud of America and I got offended seeing the Nation's flag on the fire. But you judge me because of religion and you told me that I am not America. Islam is peace Thank you & God bless America

  • "The New Yorker"...A Sad Magazine...Enuff Said!

  • If Obama is Muslim it is great, Now we can have peace with Muslims and beat the shit out of europians hahahaha i don't think Iran needs nuke...yoooooooooooooha

  • Now let's see a cover showing drug addict Cindy McCain with needles stuck in her arm and sitting on beer bottles & McCain in a wheelchair with the US Const burning in the fireplace behind him.

  • I CONCUR!!

  • Good one!!! But I guess the point of the New Yorker was to ridicule the whiners who go like:

"eeeew, he wants my kid to learn something in school! He must be an unAmerican egghead/liberal/treehugger!"

It's sarcasm, but I'm afraid that this will lost on those 'independents'. Give the New Yorker credits for trying.

Obama's response shows he takes himself too serious. Campaigning will do that to ya, more so if yer a Black dude, trying to convince narrowminded whites that yer not different.

  • DillonX: LOL That would be funny as fuck. I think the Obama cartoon is hilarious and inappropiate because so many people believe that he is muslim. I'm beginning to believe that the idiots who believe that Obama is muslim know that he is not, and only say that to justify their hatred of Obama.

I don't like McCAin because of his bush-like tendecies, and I don't go out and say that he is a nazi. America is full of dumbass, rednecks that are scared of Obama skin color and middle name.

  • I'm not scared of his skin color- I'd be very happy to have a President Colin Powell or one day Condy Rice, but I do have a problem with so many of Obama's statements showing he is very arrogant and seems to look on small town Americans as ignorant, backward morons, clinging to guns and religion, or that if some don't bother learning a second language it embarrasses him in front of his sophisticated European buddies.

Sure, there's still some racism but most just don't agree with him.

  • RogCBrand: I'm from a small town, and Obama just accurately describe many people I know.

And I don't believe that he was saying that Americans should learn second language to impress europeans, he was just saying that many europeans can speak our languge and it makes us look stupid that we cannot speak theirs.

However,I respect your opinion because you are one of the few people that at least can come up with a better reason for not supporting Obama than the he is a muslim argument.

  • Oh I don't believe Obama is a Muslim, but even if I did, that wouldn't actually matter to me-my brother, a Marine sergeant, returned from a year in Iraq, where he helped to get schools, hospitals, fire stations, etc. built & he ended up spending a lot of time with local Iraqis & made many friends & actually prefered eating with them than at the mess hall. There are plenty who call themselves Christians who are corrupt, hateful, etc. so I try to judge people on their character.

  • I'm also a small town guy, who grew up as a total geek & because of family experiences I decided never to drink, use profanity, etc., so in many ways, I don't fit in. But I also know that you can't stereotype small town people any more than you can stereotype the people of any race, religion, country, etc.

But that's what bugs me so often about so many on the left-they're against stereotyping, unless it's certain groups they don't like-rural people, etc.

  • Anyway to tell the truth I didn't really like a single candidate this time around on either side! I have some agreements with everyone who ran-some a little more than others-but in the end this'll be the first big election where I'm going to have to force myself to vote! With McCain, I figure at least he's shown guts, honor & has a certain amount of experience but I disagree with him on many issues!

You can't find a politician you agree with 100% but it would be nice if it was more than 50%!

  • RogCBrand: good point, when I vote for a candidate I often have to make a choice between the lesser of two evils. While I respect McCain (I too am a veteran with the Marines), I feel that he is too much like current administration to get my vote. With that said, I think that he is an honorable candidate that deserves everybody's respect. I don't like to see the left demonize McCain anymore than I like seeing the right slander Obama. I wish that both sides would stick to the issues.

  • LOL! Exactly! Even my favorite politicians, not just while I've been alive but back through history, all had their skeletons in their closets & did some things that I don't agree with, while even those I most dislike weren't 100% bad.

When it comes down to it, no one can win high office without making some compromises & once they get there they can change & on some issues turn against those that elected them.

I think the issues are just too boring for most people!

    :P

  • Oh, and thank you for your service!

  • This is a really pathetic and sick joke.

This shows us how mentally ill and insane the artists is. YUKKKKKK.....

  • im muslim, i bump hands, and i wear a turban, i spit on swine and wine, n i walk the streets of new york.. da fuk u gonna do now

  • people are so racist just because hes a brown muslim they call him a terrorist, u people should be ashamed

  • By the time McCain figures out the internet he may figure out he can't remember anything else. Good luck to the US. Yikes.

  • Obama is muslim, he likes pork and beer.

  • Johnny McCain for Prez 08.

  • Better get wiza, Obama voted for FISA.

Bush was right the Terrorists hate my Freedom.

  • The New Yorker has its head up its ass.

  • BO and MO don't like being caricaturized in the big bad press? Tough shit. Research all the cartoons published in the last 8 years on Bush and Cheney. Boo-hoo. Poor Obama

  • Remember, for libs, freedom of speech only applies to speech they approve, caricatures are only funny if done of people they don't like, etc.

They are the biggest representatives of the "Not in my backyard" mentality!

  • Very well said. Absolutely spot-on!

  • Video professor kicks ass.

  • I think that this is an accurate portrait of the potential first couple.

Maybe Obama should take the pork test to prove that he is not a Muslim.

Just show Obama a plate full of juicy pan fried pork chops and tell him to eat them. If he refuses then he is in fact a Muslim.

  • The New Yorker Mag. should also make fun of McCain for not knowing that Czechoslovakia is split (01/01/93)into two separate countries: the Czech Republic and Slovakia. A person who claims to be strong on foreign policy, one should at least know some Political Geography.

  • Kind of like during the primaries when Obama talked of results from our 57 states?

  • Fuck Obama! and his idiot wife.

  • lol nice james

  • everyone on tv. has talked about this cover. i saw it and thought julius streichers ghost must have rubbed his hand with glee.and if you really wanna talk about satire, lets see, how 'bout on next weeks cover, you have the same cartoonist do a sketch of a really feeble looking McGeezer sitting in a wheelchair, blanket tucked in, being pushed by his plastic barbie-doll wife.

  • Dear Senator Obama, what about suing the New Yorker. Try to find a legal ground. You and your wife deserve to be treated respect and dignity. The world is upside down.

  • The New Yorker did a smart thing. Who cared about that magazine two days ago? I never bought one, but now it's all buzzworthy. Mission accomplished.

  • Why doesn't the New Yorker do a cartoon about McCain. There is crap out there about his too. There are vets on YouTube saying he was not tortured because he collaborated with the enemy. And how about that "spirit guide" who says Christianity is destines to destroy Islam or whatever. Show him doing something funny with that guy at the same time he's playing pall with the "gooks" as he calls them in public. But they would never do that because it would not be fair to McCain.

  • Actually they did do a cover on McCain, inside a bamboo cage a few months ago...

  • Why didn't they just show Obama eating a watermelon, tap-dancing and playing the banjo? Someone at the New Yorker is either racist, or a total fool with no common sense.

  • ugly and nasty!!!!!!

  • The New Yorker cover is despicable.

  • Lol, I thought the new yorker cartoon was hilarious! Come on, people actually took that seriously? What the heck happened to our sense of humor?

  • its funny the only reason ppl are getting mad is because Barack Hussien obama is black and it is racist to make fun of black ppl everyone needs to grow up a bit its like a bunch of damn school children fighting there is plenty of stuff out there making fun of white politicians the only reason that stuff dose not make the news is because Blacks poke fun at whites = Funny Whites poke fun at blacks it = racist Then there are the few of us who have grown up and see everyone as equal white or black

  • Even though I'm a democrat, I think more people should make fun of Obama. It seems his enemies have no sense of humor.

  • ...and his supporters. he shud have come out and said it was hilarious too, it was a perfect opportunity to lampoon the right's attacks on him

  • I think the cartoon represents just about every accusation that the republican party has thrown at obama.

  • dammit i missed the first commment again! youtube has to stop taking so long to process these

  • First comment! good job james, great show a usual, what a funny picture about sprinkilng bi partisan fairy dust, priceless

  • What does "learning to go online" mean? You click a symbol and you're online. I'm sorry but you have to be incompetent to screw that up. Can he operate a cell phone? A calculator? An elevator?

  • That is why that guy is able to make that deal. if you can't learn you must be dead.

  • lol. Of course, everyone can go online, but that just shows how groundless some fears are. I have some friends who are only in their fifties who took years to "learn how to go online", now they have no problem.

  • "Can he operate a cell phone?"

    maybe if it's a rotary!

  • I can't operate a cell phone... :(

... No Bars! Fortunately my rotary is working just fine so I can still dial out when the power fails.
