I love Kingdom Hearts. There will never be another game series like it. And even though i have beaten KH and KH II at least 5 times, I will never be able to not play this for the rest of my life.. I remember Diz saying to Roxas:" You should share some of that hatred with Sora. He is far too nice for his own good." So I think being happy-go-lucky is intentionally a part of Sora's character. Sora tries to be cheerful even with all the emotional pressure he is going trough, but it kinda falls flat, and he has a hard time hiding his fear. That's a strong character. It's amazing how much stuff you can find by digging really deep.
It's true, for something with as much CONSTANT BACKSTABBING as KH, the hero would need to be someone who can take it all, and still walk away with a goofy grin on his face.
I understand WHY Sora is the way he is, he wouldn't be the hero if he wasn't. But that doesn't mean I have to like him. :P

In the continuity line, Xion is 'gone'. She was just a puppet made by Saix and Vexen and filled with memories from Sora. She fused those memories with Roxas so that when he became one with Sora, Sora would be complete.

I always thought Roxas would've made a much better protagonist than Sora. Roxas was more emotional, and seemed to act a lot more like a real person.
Sora's just.....too happy-go-lucky all the time to take seriously.
I really got attached to Roxas in the short time I played as him, and I wanted to see things go well for him....
Then, it's back to Sora's idealistic viewpoint, and Roxas is forgotten by nearly everybody. Poor guy.
Playing 358/2 days just made me feel even more sorry for him. :(

Not downing this track, not trying to be condescending, I have as much emotions for this track as of many of you, BUT, the piano collections done by Yoko Shimomura have illustrated "The Other Promise" (The tangent off this song) and all of it's lush emotions. Type her name, and put piano collections at the end of it, you'll find it, it's amazing, but what's more amazing... Is that... It sounded like... Her summer... Was over. ROXAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! T_T

so.. technecly Sora needed Xion and Roxas to be complete if I presume correct.
Very sad song still love it however.
And good luck Roxas we will miss u and hope to see u again.

@deadspell17 she is one of the sad ppl sora has to save i played recoded and sora has to save roxas, axel, xion, namine , ventus , terra and aqua so its really sad. also aqua's story in my oppinion is the saddest cuz at the end she threw heerself into the realm of darkness to save terra it made little effect but wass affective

In the continuity line, Xion is 'gone'. She was just a puppet made by Saix and Vexen and filled with memories from Sora. She fused those memories with Roxas so that when he became one with Sora, Sora would be complete.

@ZexionsGirl6 I love the both of them for different reasons, but I think the reason Roxas's theme has more views is because it has a deeper feeling to it than Sora's theme does. Sora's theme is just too happy, you know?
