@girlsarepretty23456 I'm sorry you feel that way....if it's not for you then it's not for you. But for some, it has changed their life. For some, it has become a gateway for more positive things in life, a way to workout and "move" and get exercise to better their health. Perhaps if you have (I'm assuming you have tried it) just not found the right instructor or class for you. Every instructor is different. No need to knock what some people love. :) Hope you find what's awesome for you.

@girlsarepretty23456 It's OK that Zumba is not your thing. Football is not my thing, but I don't diss it. I have guys in every single Zumba class I teach and I teach 13 classes a week. Zumba is not about being "sexy" or hot or anything like that. .. . .It is about having fun, burning calories, experiencing the energy from a room full of people and about variety. Here is the best part. . . .people who are doing Zumba are out there exercising instead of sitting at home on the couch. : )
