This is such a brilliant spoof in too many ways to go into (and I completely love Kylie as well as S.A.W. by the way!). Most notably, this parody retains the rhythm of the original ISBSL but the melody as well as the lyrics are quite different. Spitting Image FTW!

Charlene was Kylie's character in the show Neighbours (back in the '80s!) and "all done by machine" is a jibe at the [fun but] mass-produced electropop of Stock/Aitken/Waterman (incl most of Kylie's work from '87 to '92). HTH.
