@blackkat77 it won't solve your allergies, obviously. Only removing the allergen will end that problem. But in terms of reducing congestion if that's your problem then I can honestly say this improved my health significantly. Thick, glue like discharge came on in the first use, it was like an epiphany!

The Instructions that came with mine said that you should not use it when your nose is fully clogged. And if you tilt your head back it will end up in your throat.

It serves to cleanse your nasal cavities. It does feel a little strange, because you have to breathe though your mouth only during the process. A small amount of sea salt, dissolved into lukewarm water. Lean your head in order for it to drain out the other side, and then repeat the process on the other side.
