i actually do not have the sheet music for the first part..i heard that part from ear, its the same chord progression as the album and throughout the song....however the right hand is the only thing that changes...it is played exactly as it sounds on the album.

I myself have been playing for 10 years.

I fully agree, its just that some songs sound much better on guitar than piano, also what you cant play on the piano is played on guitar.

lol so basically though everything can be played on the piano, not everything should. if you look at my videos, much of what you will find are rock ballads that take the harmony and grace of the piano and make it shine = )
